Booking an appointment

Appointments with Ray's Plumbing can be requested online or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.

Arrival windows

We schedule an arrival window rather than an exact time. We'll keep you updated if the day's schedule changes.

Rescheduling

Need to change your appointment? Let us know as early as possible and we'll find the next slot that works for you.

No-shows

If we can't access the property at the scheduled time and haven't heard from you, the visit may be treated as a cancellation.
