When a deposit is required

Ray's Plumbing may require a deposit to confirm larger jobs, custom orders, or bookings that reserve significant time or materials. We'll always tell you the amount before you commit.

How deposits are applied

Deposits are applied toward your final invoice.

Refunds of deposits

• Cancel with reasonable notice and your deposit is refunded in full.
• Late cancellations may forfeit part or all of the deposit where costs have already been incurred (e.g. ordered materials).
