Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an appointment

Plans change — we get it. Ray's Plumbing asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations

Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover the reserved time, and emergency or same-day bookings may have different terms (we'll tell you when you book).

Cancellations by us

If we ever need to cancel — weather, safety, or emergencies — we'll tell you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot. Anything you've prepaid for an appointment we cancel is refunded or credited in full.
